Public information
The site may publish approved concert information, credited media, organisational contacts, and opt-in musician or leadership profiles. Individual profiles are not required for the orchestra pages to function.
Student data and consent
Names, identifiable photographs, video, and profile details should be published only with the relevant permission. Personal phone numbers, private emails, attendance, welfare information, and internal schedules do not belong on the public website.
Recruitment
Audition registrations should use an approved institutional form and collect only the information needed for that cycle. This site does not create a second database of applicant information.
Corrections and removal
Requests to correct or remove personal information can be made through the verified general-enquiry route on the Contact page. The annual committee should review published people data and media permissions during handover.
